| Final cleaning: from Euro 50 to Euro 120,-- depending size of apartment and duration of the stay In the daily rate is included the weekly cleaning with changing of linen and towels, electricity, and heating. The local tax is Euro 2,40 per guest and day. Children until 15 years are free of charge (for this tax) Euro 1,1 Government tax one term payment per adult. Extra Person (Extrabed): Euro 15 per day. Children until 5,99 years Euro 2,- per day, Children 6. – 14,9 years € 10,-- Baby cots are available on request & free of charge. On Arrival the apartments are available after 3 p.m. and we ask you to check out until 10 a.m. at the front office. Late check out might be possible on request with surcharge and by prior arrangement only. By late arrival and late check out without notice we will charge the daily rate. Thank you for your understanding. Cancellation fees on request and based on the Austrian hotel rules. Unlimited use of the Alpentherme during operating hours for all guest from arrivalday until departureday - we are Premium Partner of Alpentherme Free use of Schlossalm, Stubnerkogel & Graukogel mountain lifts during operating hours from arrival to one day before departure.Please note Dorfgastein/Fulseck is not included. The close location of the Ferienhaus Schiwiese to the valleystation (oder auch lower station) of the Schloßalm mountain railway and the woods is a perfect starting point for all your undertakings (oder auch ventures).
